Chinese Sticky BBQ Sauce
Great with ribs, pork steaks, chicken and tofu. All year round, not just for outdoor eating.
Pour over ribs and cook in the oven. Finish off on the BBQ for a few minutes to get that chargrilled flavour.
Marinade pork in freshly grated ginger and garlic. Add the sauce, cover and cook in oven. Check after 20 mins and add a little water to prevent sticking if necessary.
