Porterhouse / T-bone Steak
Cut from the short loin the porterhouse or on the bone as a T-bone steak, offers an incredible blend of sirloin and fillet meat. We can cut this for you either on or off the bone. We think best pan fried or grilled, a wonderful steak to share between two.
