Pork Shoulder

Slow roasted a pork shoulder is sometimes known as a spare-rib and can be used for a number of different recipes. Its sweet flavour lends it excellently to pulled pork sandwiches or start cooking in the morning and allowed to slowly cook, it is perfect for a Sunday lunch with the family.
